Free training will be available for Whittington HOA residents by PCA (Prevent Child Abuse) Hendricks County. The Stewards of Children training is an evidence-based program that looks to minimize opportunity for perpetrators to offend, by educating adults on their responsibility to keep children safe and action steps you can take to protect your children. The training includes a combination of survivor stories, expert advice, and practical guidance. It takes a proactive approach to protecting children. The training is for adults only, and takes between 2 and 2 and a half hours to complete. Reservations are required, as there is a maximum class size of 25 adults. They are willing to set up multiple dates for us, if needed, to accommodate everyone interested.
Please contact the Board if interested.
